Bring family and friends for early morning workouts in Sesame Street Presents: The Body before the exhibit opens to the public. Please come in your favorite PJs, have fun and get fit together. The WAKE UP program includes all day admission to the Louisville Science Center, a healthy light breakfast for families with plenty of coffee for adults and a take-home science activity, appropriate for all ages.

September 25 | Big Bird’s Migration (animals)

Different types of birds will be explored, including big and little, and cold and warm weather birds. Learn why birds migrate and make bird binoculars. Stretch-n-Grow will facilitate morning stretches and a short fitness activity.  

October 23 | Count! (math and numbers)

Explore math, investigating shapes and patterns, sorting and bottle cap counting! Stretch-n-Grow will facilitate morning stretches and a short fitness activity.  

November 13 | Elmo’s World (weather)

“It’s Raining, It’s Pouring!" Activities include "Catch a Raindrop," observing how rain falls; "Instant Snow," exploring what precipitation and how rain becomes snow. We'll also take a look at rainbows! Elmo will make a special appearance! Stretch-n-Grow will facilitate morning stretches and a short fitness activity.  

December 11 | Bert and Ernie Buddies (friendships and health)
