How Do I Purchase a Gift Voucher / Certificate?
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in the store. Simply select Gift Vouchers from the Categories list on the left of the page. Once purchased, the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to another person via email.
How are Gift Vouchers Sent?
To send a Gift Voucher, go to our Send Gift VoucherPage. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Voucher, just fill in the following information:
- The name of the person to whom you are sending the Gift Voucher.
- The email address of the person to whom you are sending the Gift Voucher.
- The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
- A short message which will apear in the email that gets sent with the Gift Voucher.
Please be sure sure that you have entered all of the information correctly - - you don't want to send your Gift Voucher to the wrong person!
How Do You Buy with Gift Vouchers?
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. As you check out, an extra box will appear, allowing you to use the funds in your Gift Voucher Account. If your purchase total is more than you have in your Gift Voucher Account, you just need to pay the difference. You can use your Gift Voucher for as many purchases as you want, as long as there is money left in your Gift Voucher account.
How are Gift Vouchers Redeemed?
When you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, probably along with a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Number. It is a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways:
1. Click on the link contained within the email.
This will take you to the Redeem Voucher page. If you don't already have an account, you will then be requested to create one in order to validate the Gift Voucher and put it in your Gift Voucher Account. After that, it will be ready for you to spend on whatever you want!
2. During the checkout procces, on the same page where you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store
