How to Enter: Enter the ThunderBlast Giveaway on site at the Louisville Science Center, 727 West Main Street, Louisville, KY, or on the Louisville Science Center’s homepage: https://LouisvilleScience.org. Click the “Enter Now” button and complete the necessary online entry form to enter the contest. Only one entry per email address is permitted. Contest period is from March 4, 2008, through March 31, 2008.

Prizes: One selected winner will receive a two adult general admission tickets and two child general admission tickets to ThunderBlast on Saturday, April 12, 2008, at the Louisville Science Center.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about March 31, 2008.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules. The Louisville Science Center, its agents and representatives, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; or (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Louisville Science Center that may cause the ThunderBlast Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted. The Louisville Science Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the ThunderBlast Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the ThunderBlast Giveaway.

By participating in the ThunderBlast Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold the Louisville Science Center and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of the Louisville Science Center, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the ThunderBlast Giveaway.

Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

Notification of Winner: The winner’s name will be posted on the Louisville Science Center’s website, at LouisvilleScience.org/contest, at the conclusion of the giveaway period.
