Overnight Adventures
Grades 1-5
Don’t forget your toothbrush when you sleep over at the Science Center!

Cost: $30 per student, teacher or chaperone, and includes a science demonstration, program activities, after-hours exhibit exploration, an exclusive IMAX film, snack, breakfast, & admission to all Louisville Science Center permanent exhibits.

Length: 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 a.m., 2nd day permanent exhibit admission included. 

One-hundred participant minimum per group except on these open enrollment dates:
Uncharted Territory:  February 10 and April 27
Storm Chasers:  March 16, May 18

Join us for a night full of adventure! Do you have what it takes to survive the perils of the uncharted West? Experience an adventure of your own as we journey through history and uncover secrets behind some amazing artifacts! Explore the unknown and trek through hands-on exhibits in a flashlight safari. To top it off, view a late-night showing of Lewis and Clark: Great Journey West in the IMAX Theatre.

Storm Chasers: 2011-2012
Follow that storm as you embark on a chase of a lifetime. Do you have the storm smarts to weather the night? Experience a phenomenon of your own as we journey through eye of the storm and beyond as we explore the science behind tornadoes! Prepare to be blown away with a whirlwind adventure through hands-on exhibits in a flashlight safari. Close the evening with a late-night showing of Tornado Alley in the IMAX Theatre.

Overnight Policies & Payment
Minimum: Small groups will be accommodated in several pre-set open enrollment overnights (see dates above). Schools or groups wishing to book an exclusive overnight must pay for a minimum of 100 participants.
Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is due 4 weeks prior to your visit.
Changes/Cancellation: You may change or cancel your reservation no later than 14 days prior to your visit.
Payment: Full payment must be received 14 days prior to your overnight.
Refunds: No refunds after the 14-day window.
