Exclusive use of the entire facility for up to 3,000 guests. Package includes three IMAX® film presentations (225 guests each), all exhibit areas and the Riverview Room.

• Exclusive use during regular operating hours Sunday through Saturday: $5,000 - $10,000

Riverview Room
Top floor of Science Center, with view of Ohio River. (Capacity: 250 seated or 400 standing guests)  

• Friday and Saturday (includes exhibits until 9 p.m.): $1,100
• Sunday through Thursday (during regular operating hours, includes exhibits until 5 p.m.): $600
• Sunday through Thursday (after regular operating hours): $750
• Lobby, exhibits and Riverview Room (after regular operating hours): $2,000
• Dance floor available for $200 with rental of Riverview Room.

Classrooms
30-60 guests, available only during regular weekday operating hours:
$125-150 

IMAX Theatre
(Capacity: 225 guests)

• Three-hour rental, no IMAX film: $900
• Rental of theater for private showing of 45-minute IMAX film, 150 people minimum, additional $6 per person thereafter: $900
• Lobby, exhibits and Riverview Room (after regular operating hours): $2,000
