In-state exhibitions
Within Kentucky, 10 three-week venues are available all through the year. The schedule includes two weekends in each community.

Site Requirements
- Location in a school fieldhouse, lobby, multi-purpose area, public library or community center.
- A space of 2,500 square feet with 8-ft. ceilings and five 110V power outlets, preferably on the first floor.
- Unloading access for one 53-ft. truck with lift gate.
- Storage area for shipping materials.
- Four qualified personnel provided by the host institution to assist in the set-up and take-down of exhibit.
- Security in display area.
- Community coordinator or liaison person is required.
Cost for Rental
- $3,000 rental fee, includes installation and program materials.
- Inbound shipping charges, not to exceed $1,600.
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee rental contract.

Hosting:
- 350 Visitors/day for 15 days at a cost of $1.00/ea - $5,250 total.
- 650 Visitors/day for 15 days at a cost of $1.00/ea - $9,750 total.
- Community sponsorships can help you to underwrite costs.
Educational Programs and Marketing Support
- Three-week community "science center" experience.
- Technician/installer to set up and take down exhibit.
- Educator/trainer on-site to provide teacher/volunteer training.
- Distance Learning Links via KTLN to the Science Center Tech Forum Theater.
- Full marketing support from the Louisville Science Center.
