Exhibitions outside of Kentucky
Site Requirements
- A space of 2,500 square feet with 8-ft. ceilings and five 110V power outlets, preferably on the first floor.
- Unloading access for one 53-ft. truck with lift gate.
- Storage area for shipping materials.
- Four qualified personnel provided by the host institution to assist in the set-up and take-down of exhibit.
Cost for Rental
- $25,000 rental fee for 14-week venue, includes installation and program materials.
- Inbound shipping charges.
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee rental contract.
