To register for a Midnight Magic Camp-In:

Please call (502) 561-6100, ext. 6567 or  to our Group Programs Coordinator. A $100 deposit must be made at the time of your initial registration to reserve your space. You may pay via check (made payable to Louisville Science Center) or by credit card.

If you are registering via email, please include the following in your text:

NAME
Name of group or organization
Type of program and date
Number of children & adults attending
Daytime telephone number
Credit Card Information                                                   
(please include  type of card, card number and expiration date)

*Please note that all Girl Scout Camp-Ins will be registered through the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. Please contact the Kentuckiana Council registrar at (502) 636-0900 to register your troop!

Refund Policy-

You may change your attendance numbers at any point after initial registration until your group is within 10 days of your program date. At that point, all numbers will be frozen and no changes can be made. This policy is to ensure that the Science Center has the proper amount of food, materials and staff to adequately operate the Camp-In. 

No refunds will be given within the 10 day period of your camp-in.  Serious illness or accidents preventing an individual from participating in the Midnight Magic Camp-In program will be considered only if a written request from the individual's parent or guardian is submitted to the Group Programs Coordinator. All refund requests must be submitted to the Louisville Science Center's finance department and may take up to 30 days to process. 

Cancellations-

The Science Center reserves the right to cancel a camp-in at any time. If your event is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, a refund of fees will be issued to you.
