On the night of your Camp-In, we ask that all leaders arrive to the Science Center before the rest of their group in order to claim registration materials and to check-in your group. If you cannot arrive early, please designate someone to collect the materials in your absence.

We ask that all adult chaperones be responsible for the behavior management of their group. The Louisville Science Center staff is responsible for the educational aspects of the program only. A 1:8 adult/child minimum ratio is required. To ensure that everyone has the best Camp-In experience possible, all leaders and chaperones are asked to actively participate in the classroom activities and through the duration of the program. Please be aware that the Science Center is open to the general public until 9 p.m.

Chaperones must be at least 18 years of age.
