• The event is canceled by the Science Center due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
  
• Serious illness or accident prevents the individual from participation. In these cases, the leader should bring a written request for the refund from the individual's parent or guardian. All cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the event. Customers who fail to give 30 days notice will be charged for 100 percent of their original reservation.
  
• The Louisville Science Center reserves the right to cancel sessions that have insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be issued.

If there are any changes in the number attending, the Louisville Science Center must be notified in writing no later than two weeks before the Camp-In. 

Girl Scouts must notify their Girl Scout Council of any change in the number attending no later than one week before the Camp-in. If a cancellation is necessary, refunds will only be made by the Council with which you are registered.  Refund policies differ. Please call your Council for details.

No refunds will be given for no-shows.
